EXCLUSIVE Aparthotel Kraków Lubicz 40

I recently had a delightful stay at this apartment. The rooms are clean and modern, creating a comfortable atmosphere. With a 24-hour open reception, the staff is professional and attentive. I appreciate a member of the team named "Joanna" for their proactive approach. Following my previous review expressing a concern, they promptly called me to discuss and resolve the situation. It's reassuring to know that they value guest feedback and take steps to ensure a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable and clean modern apartment approx. 10-15 minutes' walk from Krakow's town hall square, there is also a tram stop nearby. It is possible to park in the underground garage of the hotel for an additional fee (about 20.-/day). Even a 5.4m long and slightly less than 2m high van could fit in the garage. Be aware that this was also the max height that could fit inside. The administrator enters your phone number into the system, after which you can open the garage door yourself with a phone call. The kitchen of the apartment contained the necessary dishes for cooking. There was also a washing machine, iron, hair dryer and even a hair straightener. A few capsules were left for laundry and dishwashing.

This aparthotel is EXCELLENT! It is very well located - about a 15- 20 min walk into old town. It is in the city centre, through Krakow is a small city. very safe, very comfortable apartments. The 2 bedroom apartment was way better than the studio apartment that we had booked for my parents. Good amenities, pots and pans, and towels and the best part was the washing machine. Made things so convenient! Ferment wine bar is on the ground floor and it is AWESOME! If you go there, do ask for Martha, she is fabulous. And if you do that, please say hi to her from Jenna (India)!

I was like the rooms. And it was very central location. And the bed was good.

A large cozy room has everything you need to live in a foreign city. There are even little things like a hair straightener and a shoe sponge. That is, the owners of the hotel have provided for absolutely everything. Very comfortable bed. Pillows are of the highest category. It seems that they specially buy new ones for each guest, they are so airy and clean. Еxcellent location - about 7 minutes to the station, also within walking distance of all the attractions. Round-the-clock reception, no extra charge. I once checked in at 3 a.m. and was greeted very warmly. Attentive, polite staff. Coffee, tea, water are available in the room. Breakfast can be ordered in the room. In general, I don't even know how they manage to be so perfect in all respects. Highly recommend!
